Minimize
Delivery

We have a minimum delivery charge of £2.20 (up to 250g.) for the UK, N.Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands. Over this, your order is weight-priced and will show in your 'to pay' at checkout. We use Royal Mail postage charges which are - as you know - subject to change from time to time! (Luckily they have just changed so shouldn't go up for a while.) Airmail pricing to Europe has a minimum charge of £3.00 (up to 300g) with weight-pricing as above. Please allow at least an extra week for European delivery. All custom duties due are at the customers expense at their end....however this should not apply to EC customers.

UK Mainland

All UK mainland orders should be delivered within ten working days of placing your order (for orders placed before 5pm). although many orders will arrive earlier. However, we are subject to the Royal Mail which is outwith our control - so please give us a little leeway. Please be aware, that if you are out when they deliver, they will leave a card and you will then have to collect your order. Perhaps, if you think you may not be there, you may like to fill in the alternative delivery address when placing your order.

European Delivery

International orders are sent by airmail and delivery times are determined by the individual country postal service. Unfortunately due to health and safety reasons, we are no longer able to send aerosols, fragrances (men and women) or any other flammable liquids.

Rest of the World

Deliveries to the rest of the world  start at £3.50 for up to 100g. Heavier package prices will show at the checkout.


Returns Policy

All Oriflame products are covered by a full 3-month money back guarantee (excluding p&p ). Please call the Customer Help Desk on 0800 0474 065 (10.00 a.m.- 6.00p.m.) to arrange a return. You will need your original invoice and the reason for the return. When you return your product, please ensure that you get proof of postage (under £35 value - over this value please use Recorded Delivery. This is at your own cost)
